E.H.Rs have become a vital part of health IT and the modern practice. Built to go beyond standard clinical data collection. E.H.Rs Allow immediate access and sharing of a patient’s medical history, diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, immunization dates, allergies, radiology images, and laboratory and test results. They also allow a practitioner to utilise graphs and charts to visually track a patients clinical history .
